Deputy Manager About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Peterborough. This is a pivotal role where you will support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of our residential children's home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the young people in our care. You will play a key part in fostering their development, promoting their well-being, and helping them achieve their full potential. This position offers both permanent and temporary contracts, with a variety of shift patterns including day, long day, and night shifts, totalling 40 hours per week.
