Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support to children and young people in their daily lives, including personal care, meal times, and educational activities. • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging living environment. • Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans, tailored to each child's specific needs and goals. • Encourage and empower children and young people to participate in leisure, recreational, and community activities. • Observe and report on the well-being and progress of residents, documenting any significant incidents or achievements. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic and person-centred care. • Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere, fostering trust and rapport with the children and young people.
