About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, making a real difference in Children's Services. In this vital role, you will provide nurturing support and guidance to young people, helping them to thrive and achieve their potential. Your days will be varied and rewarding, focusing on creating a safe, stable, and stimulating environment. As a driver, you will also facilitate essential outings and appointments, enriching the lives of the young people in our care, allowing them to participate in community activities and attend school or medical visits. This role offers the flexibility of various shift patterns including days, nights, long days, twilight shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights, accommodating a range of personal circumstances.
