About the Role As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for overseeing care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and effectively meet the complex needs of our young residents. This role involves guiding and supporting care staff, fostering a positive and nurturing environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will be a key point of contact, liaising with families, external professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless and integrated care. This dynamic role requires empathy, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing challenging situations with compassion and professionalism. We offer a variety of contract types, including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank, to suit your availability, with shifts covering days, nights, long days, twilights, sleep-ins, and waking nights.
