Key Responsibilities • Provide direct personal care and support to children and young people as required • Assist with daily routines, educational activities, and recreational outings • Build positive relationships with children and young people, acting as a trusted advocate • Support the development of life skills and promote independence • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning • Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all children and young people What We Offer We provide a comprehensive and supportive package for our team members. Shifts are available across waking night, sleep-in, twilight, long day, night, and day patterns to accommodate different needs.
