Support Worker - Driver About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers with a full UK driving license to join our Children's Services team in Cannock. Your ability to drive will be key in facilitating community access and appointments for the young people you support. Key Responsibilities • Providing direct care and emotional support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans. • Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and promoting independence. • Organising and participating in engaging activities, both within the service and in the wider community. • Safely transporting children and young people to appointments, school, and social events. • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Contributing to a positive and nurturing environment where children and young people feel safe and valued.
