Key Responsibilities • Provide direct supervision and leadership to care staff, ensuring high standards of care delivery. • Support the daily routines and activities of young people, creating a stable and positive atmosphere. • Assist in the implementation of care plans and contribute to assessments of individual needs. • Foster positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals. • Manage and prioritise tasks effectively, especially during day, night, and long day shifts. • Safely transport young people to appointments, school, and activities as required. • Complete accurate and timely record-keeping and incident reporting. • Act as a positive role model, promoting independence and life skills.
