About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Slough. Your empathy, patience, and ability to build positive relationships will be key to helping these children achieve their full potential and experience a sense of belonging and stability. Key Responsibilities • Providing direct care and support to children with challenging behaviour. • Assisting with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks. • Supporting children in accessing education, social activities, and community resources. • Implementing care plans and recording observations and progress. • Promoting a positive and enabling environment for all children. • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
