About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Adult Services team in Shrewsbury. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts including days, nights, long days, twilight, sleep-ins, and waking nights. As Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our service, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You will be instrumental in leading and mentoring our care team, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and the individuals we support.
