Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, tailored to their individual needs and care plans. • Assist with daily routines, personal care, and social activities, promoting choice and independence. • Transport children and young people safely to appointments, school, and leisure activities using company vehicles. • Engage in therapeutic play and educational activities to support development and learning. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any significant observations. • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other external agencies. • Safeguard the welfare of children and young people, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
