Team Leader - Children's Services About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services in Walsall. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered. • Support and empower young people, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. • Implement care plans effectively, adapting approaches to meet the individual needs of children with challenging behaviours. • Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all young people. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a joined-up approach to care. • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service. • Undertake a variety of shifts including days, nights, long days, twilight shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights to ensure continuous support.
