Team Leader About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Team Leaders to join our Children's Services team in Stanmore, HA7. This is a vital role where you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and a safe, nurturing environment for the children we support. You will play a key part in the daily operations, contributing significantly to the well-being and development of young people. We have a variety of flexible contracts available including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank opportunities, with shifts to suit a range of lifestyles including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilights, long days, nights, and standard day shifts. You will be working approximately 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of care staff within our Children's Services. • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity. • Assist with the planning and coordination of daily activities and routines for young people. • Oversee and maintain accurate care plans and records. • Act as a first point of contact for staff queries and support, escalating concerns as appropriate. • Contribute to the ongoing assessment of child needs and the development of tailored support strategies. • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment for the children. • Uphold all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
