About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team, working with young people aged between 8 and 18 years. In this vital role, you will lead and support your team in providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for our residents. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and contributing to the positive development and well-being of the young people in our care.
