Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and care to children and young people in line with their individual care plans. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. • Organise and participate in engaging activities, both within the home and in the community. • Safely transport young people to external appointments, school, and leisure activities using company vehicles. • Promote independence, life skills, and social inclusion. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plan reviews. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care. • Offer emotional support and guidance, empowering young people to make positive choices.
