About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Ilford. This is a vital role where you will play a key part in overseeing the daily operations of our residential setting, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children and young people we support. You will work alongside the Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the support staff, and contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
