Team Leader - Level 3 About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Team Leaders to join our Children's Services team. Key Responsibilities • To provide direct support and supervision to children and young people, assisting with daily living tasks and activities • To lead shifts, coordinating tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations • To mentor and guide Support Workers, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment • To implement care plans, ensuring all individual needs and preferences are met with dignity and respect • To maintain accurate records and communication, ensuring all relevant information is shared appropriately • To promote a positive and engaging atmosphere, encouraging independence and personal growth for the children What We Offer We provide a range of contract options including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank, with various shift patterns available including day, night, long day, twilight, sleep-in, and waking night. There are 40 hours per week available for this role.
