Support Worker – Level 3 About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our children’s services team in Ilford. We have various contract options available including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank, with a range of shifts covering days, nights, long days, twilights, sleep-ins, and waking nights to offer flexibility. Full-time hours are 40 per week. Key Responsibilities • Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people, assisting with daily routines and activities. • Supporting individuals with their personal development, promoting independence and life skills. • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. • Participating in activities and outings that promote social inclusion and well-being. • Contributing to the creation of a positive and engaging environment for all young people in our care.
