Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines as needed. • Engage children and young people in stimulating activities, both within the residential setting and in the wider community. • Support the development of life skills, independence, and social interaction. • Work collaboratively with the care team, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. • Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and cheerful environment where children and young people feel valued. • Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of the young people in your care.
