Key Responsibilities • To lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of care and support. • To assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of service users. • To act as a role model, mentor, and guide for team members, promoting best practice and professional development. • To maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. • To engage positively with service users, their families, and external professionals, fostering effective communication and collaboration. • To manage daily operational tasks, including shift allocations and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
