About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to join our carehome as a Responsible Individual on a part-time basis. You will provide strategic oversight, robust leadership, and quality assurance to ensure our provision consistently delivers outstanding care, protection, and positive outcomes for the children and young people we support. This role provides the ideal balance of autonomy and strategic influence, offering flexible daytime working while allowing you to play a pivotal part in shaping the future and operational excellence of the service.
