About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our valued Adult Services team in Shrewsbury. This permanent position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives within our care setting. As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding and managing a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered. You will be a key figure in the day-to-day operations, providing leadership, supervision, and mentorship to your colleagues. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care to step up and make a significant impact on both our service users and our dedicated team.
