Deputy Manager, Children's Services About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Burton-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the children's home. • Oversee and support the care team, providing guidance and leadership. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care in line with regulatory standards. • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments. • Support and mentor staff, encouraging professional growth and best practice. • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and rota management. • Act as a positive role model for both staff and children. • Participate in various shifts, including day, night, long day, twilight, sleep-in, and waking night, to ensure comprehensive coverage and support.
