Deputy Manager - Children's Services About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Rochdale. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operation and leadership of the service. • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of care staff, promoting best practices and professional development. • Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and review of tailored care plans for young people. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. • Manage and resolve challenging situations effectively and professionally. • Foster positive relationships with young people, their families, and external professionals. • Take responsibility for the service in the absence of the Registered Manager. • Provide direct care and support, acting as a positive role model.
