Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations of the home. You will lead shifts, support staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and assist in the smooth running of the home Support and supervise Residential Support Workers Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people Ensure safeguarding procedures and care plans are followed Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews Support staff development and performance Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulations Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting Full UK driving licence – essential Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted standards What We Offer Competitive salary Ongoing training and development Supportive management structure Opportunities for progression within the organisation
