About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Ilford. This is a vital role where you will make a real difference in the lives of young people, working across a variety of shifts including days, nights, long days, twilight hours, sleep-ins, and waking nights. You will provide essential support, guidance, and care to children who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
