About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, providing leadership and support within a residential setting. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care and support for children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care team, fostering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where every child feels valued and understood.
