Team Leader - Level 3 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Ilford. You will lead by example, fostering a positive atmosphere and empowering our residents to develop key life skills and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and supervision to young people with challenging behaviour, implementing care plans and behavioural strategies. • Lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care and effective communication. • Oversee day-to-day activities, including personal care, educational support, and leisure activities. • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks. • Act as a positive role model, promoting independence and positive relationships. • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner. • Work collaboratively with external agencies, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
