Key Responsibilities • Provide direct personal care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being. • Assist with daily routines, including educational activities, social engagement, and leisure pursuits. • Implement individual care plans and behaviour management strategies, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach. • Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for the children in our care. • Document observations and maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support. • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in youth support.
