About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Rossendale. This crucial role involves leading and supporting a team providing exceptional care to children, helping them to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. As a Team Leader, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care delivery and offering guidance to your team members. This position requires you to be a confident driver, as transporting the children to appointments, activities, and school will be a regular part of your responsibilities.
