Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and care to children and young people, assisting with daily routines, personal care, education, and leisure activities. • Promote independence and develop essential life skills in the young people you support. • Safeguard the welfare of children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. • Build positive and trusting relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals. • Prepare and cook nutritious meals, and assist with household duties to maintain a comfortable living environment. • Administer medication in accordance with policies and procedures. • Accurately record observations and complete relevant documentation. • As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting children and young people to appointments, school, and social activities safely and reliably.
