Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and direct supervision to a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently met. • Develop and implement individualised care plans, focusing on positive behaviour support and promoting personal growth. • Engage directly with young people, building trusting relationships and offering emotional support and practical assistance. • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing shifts, allocating duties, and ensuring the smooth running of the service. • Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. • Contribute to the ongoing development and review of care practices, always striving for excellence and innovation.
