Deputy Manager About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Liverpool L36. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operation and management of the children's residential home. • Support and guide our team of care professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment. • Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies. • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, focusing on the individual needs and well-being of the young people in our care. • Manage rotas and administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery. • Act as a role model, promoting best practice and continuous improvement within the team. • Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for the smooth running of the home.
