About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to guide and inspire our frontline support team within our children's residential services. In this pivotal role, you will help create a warm, stable, and nurturing environment where children and young people can build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. You will act as a positive role model, championing high standards of care while fostering a safe, encouraging atmosphere that empowers both the young people in our care and the staff supporting them.
