Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans. • Assist with daily routines, personal care, and support with educational and recreational activities. • Promote independence, social inclusion, and positive behaviour. • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children and young people. • Participate in various shifts including days, nights, twilights, long days, sleep-ins, and waking nights to ensure continuous support.
