Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and supervision to children and young people in various aspects of their daily lives • Assist with personal care, healthy eating, and medication routines as required • Plan and participate in engaging activities, both educational and recreational • Help children to manage their emotions and develop positive coping strategies • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals • Ensure a safe and stimulating environment in line with our safeguarding policies and procedures • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care What We Offer This role offers a variety of flexible shifts including days, nights, long days, twilight shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights, providing a diverse and adaptable work schedule.
