About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Stafford. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people, contributing to their safety, well-being, and development. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered, fostering a positive and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service, providing crucial leadership and guidance to the care team.
