This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and Level 3 qualified professional to lead a small team, providing exceptional care and support within a residential setting. Your role will be pivotal in creating a nurturing and stable environment, fostering positive outcomes for the children in our care. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated care staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently met. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home, including rota management and staff supervision. • Implement individual care plans, advocating for the needs and wishes of each child. • Build positive relationships with children, their families, and external professionals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. • Act as a positive role model, promoting a supportive and therapeutic environment. • Safely transport children to appointments, activities, and educational settings as required, utilising your driving skills. • Work collaboratively with the management team to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
