As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in supervising and guiding a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care aligned with individual care plans and our organisational values. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive.
