Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, assisting with daily routines and personal care where needed. • Plan and participate in engaging activities, both within the home and in the community, to promote development and well-being. • Safely transport children to school, appointments, and recreational outings using company vehicles. • Foster a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages independence and personal growth. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care. • Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided and any key observations.
