Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to young people, including assistance with daily routines, educational activities, and social development. • Lead and supervise a small team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care delivery and effective teamwork. • Develop and implement individual care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Organise and participate in recreational activities, outings, and educational trips. • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks. • Act as a positive role model, promoting independence, respect, and positive behaviours. • Safely transport young people to appointments, activities, and other locations as required.
