Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to young people with challenging behaviours, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. • Lead and supervise a team of care staff, offering guidance, support, and mentorship. • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring a person-centred approach. • Monitor and record observations for each child, communicating effectively with the wider care team and external professionals. • Ensure the service operates in line with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies. • Facilitate engaging activities and promote life skills development for the children in your care. • Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, promoting positive outcomes.
