Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, tailored to their individual needs and care plans. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management where required. • Support children and young people in engaging in educational, recreational, and social activities. • Help to develop independent living skills, encouraging growth and self-reliance. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring effective communication within the team. • Act as a positive role model, promoting a supportive and respectful atmosphere. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in our care.
