Given the nature of the role, a valid driving licence is essential to support our young people with their activities and appointments. Key Responsibilities • Leading and supervising a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care • Developing, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans for young people with challenging behaviours • Providing direct emotional, social, and practical support to children, promoting their independence and well-being • Organising and participating in a variety of engaging activities both within the residence and in the community • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards • Collaborating effectively with families, external professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support • Managing and de-escalating challenging situations with a calm and professional approach • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures • Participating in a varied shift pattern, including days, nights, long days, twilights, sleep-ins, and waking nights What We Offer We are committed to investing in our team and offer a supportive working environment where personal and professional growth are encouraged.
