Residential Children’s Support Worker Location: Westcliff-on-Sea Salary: £26,867 to £29,106, depending on experience and qualifications Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week Shift patterns include: • Early shift: 07.00 to 16.00 • Late shift: 15.00 to 22.30 • Long day: 07.00 to 22.30 • Sleep-ins and night shifts: 22.00 to 07.30 You’ll need to be flexible, as start and finish times may vary to meet the needs of the children in our care. Help Create a Safe, Caring Home for Children We are looking for kind, dependable, and emotionally resilient Residential Children’s Support Workers to join our warm, trauma-informed children’s home.
