Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to young people, adhering to individual care plans and promoting their well-being. • Assist with daily routines, personal development, and recreational activities. • Encourage and support young people in their educational goals and social integration. • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Ensure a safe and supportive living environment, responding to challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
