Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and positive working atmosphere. • Safely and responsibly transport children to appointments, activities, and other destinations as required, maintaining a high standard of vehicle care. • Support the daily routines and activities of children, promoting their independence, well-being, and development. • Assist with the planning and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring all needs are met with dignity and respect. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Act as a primary point of contact during shifts, dealing with any issues or emergencies professionally and effectively. • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
