Key Responsibilities • Provide consistent and person-centred care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. • Assist with daily routines, educational activities, and social development. • Support young people in accessing community resources, appointments, and recreational activities. • Foster a therapeutic and positive environment where young people feel valued and understood. • Engage in activities that promote independence, life skills, and emotional well-being. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure holistic care.
