Key Responsibilities • Provide direct leadership and supervision to a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care setting, including rotas, activities, and communication with external agencies. • Lead by example, offering hands-on support and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging the personal development and well-being of young people. • Act as a key point of contact for families and other professionals, maintaining effective communication channels. • Facilitate and participate in various shifts, including days, nights, long days, twilights, sleep-ins, and waking nights, based on service needs. • Safely transport young people to appointments, activities, and educational settings as required.
