Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support to children and young people, assisting with their daily routines, personal care, and educational needs. • Create engaging activities and opportunities for development, both within the home and in the wider community. • Safely transport children to appointments, school, and recreational activities as required, utilising your driving skills. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to all policies and procedures. • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued, respected, and empowered.
