Registered Manager About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's services provision in Hounslow. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and person-centred care. • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently to maintain high-quality service delivery. • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working collaboratively with children, their families, and external professionals. • Ensure robust safeguarding practices are in place and adhered to, protecting the well-being of all children. • Maintain effective communication with Ofsted, local authorities, and other key stakeholders. • Champion the rights and voices of the children, advocating for their needs and promoting their participation in decision-making.
